FULL-SERVICE FUNDRAISER

As a former PTA president of an elementary school and middle school, I know just how hard it is to find volunteers to chair each of your events. I also know the value of using their time wisely throughout the year, so they’ll be willing to help you out with those really big projects you have planned. With this in mind, The Silver Platter has designed a
program that is quick and easy to run from start to finish!
Step
1 - Begin by contacting us!
Together we'll set your fundraising timeline, delivery date, choice of pricing,
and prize program. Within our multi-city delivery radius there is FREE
delivery and set-up for all orders of 60 cases or more! For orders of
28-59 cases there is a flat-rate delivery fee of $50 within the City of
Sacramento, $75 for the Greater Sacramento area, and $100 for all other areas
within our delivery zone. Orders under 28 cases (8 items per case) will
require customer pick-up by appointment at our Sacramento location.
Step 2 - Receive free fundraising
packets via UPS.
Your
collated fundraising packets consist of a cover letter, color
flyers, an order form, and an order envelope. Packets will be grouped
in sets of 20, but if you provide a list of teachers' names, grades, and number
of students in each class, we can group your packets into class sets. Upon
request, we can provide large groups with two complete sets of printed reminder notices
(3 notices per sheet)
that will be ready for you to slice and distribute. The first notice
reminds students to turn in their orders; the second notice reminds families to
pick up their orders on delivery day.
Step
3 - Distribute the fundraising packets.
Your packets will arrive BEFORE your fundraiser is scheduled to begin. On
the start date, place the packets in each teacher's mailbox. It takes
only ONE volunteer to begin a Silver Platter Fundraiser.
Step
4 - Check orders for accuracy.
When the sale period has ended, open each order envelope and remove the green
order form and the money. Verify that the correct amount was turned
in to cover each order. Deposit the funds into your group's account.
Step
5 - Fax or mail your order forms to us.
Number each green order form in the upper right-hand corner (1, 2, 3, 4...) and
then fax them to us. Once we receive your order forms we'll do the master order tallying.
Via fax you'll receive your invoice and product detail sheet, which itemizes the
units sold by flavor, prizes earned, and your profit. Payment of the
invoice is due on delivery (or pick-up of your order) via one check from your
organization.
Step
6 - Courtesy phone calls to families.
Available upon request for large groups only. Within 48 hours of delivery our computer
can place a phone call to each family who listed their phone number on their
order form to remind them to pick up their products. This is a great way
for large groups to ensure all orders are picked up on delivery day. Any
products not picked up will need to be stored by your group for distribution at a later time.
Step
7 - Order Delivery Day - We assist your
volunteers!
Depending on the size of your group and order, you'll need to provide 4-6 ADULT
volunteers to pre-pack and distribute all orders. For orders of 28 cases
or more, our delivery driver will
set-up the products at your location, provide brown bags, and advise your volunteers on the best way to run the distribution.
However, for all orders of 60 cases or more (8 items per case), one delivery team member will
stay to assist your volunteers with pre-packing the individual orders. After
the orders are packed, your volunteers will be in charge of the
distribution. Each of your 4-6 volunteers will receive a FREE tub of Chippery Gourmet Cookie Dough.

Available to groups of 15 members or more who are selling for their
organization. One FREE tub of Cookie Dough
for every 10 items sold.
Flavor
choice for prizes is made from the selection available on delivery day.
